The Voyager Promise
Shipwright Voyager membership is extended to all of the intrepid first time buyers of a Shipwright Paddle.

Voyagers can find comfort in a 30 day trial period, during which undamaged paddles can be exchanged or returned for a full refund.

Voyagers benefit from a 6 month warranty covering manufacturer defects including cracks and delamination. This warranty does not extend to typical wear and tear or damage caused by reckless play, or ground hits.
Voyagers are encouraged to stay in touch, sharing the highs and the lows of their journey with their new paddle. To that end, Voyagers who answer a survey about their paddle are thanked with a 20% coupon off their next paddle.
